Terms & Conditions

Cancellation by Guest:

• Full Refund if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience.

• No Refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time (this applies for any reason, including health issues, booking mistakes, or if a group member cannot join).

• Change of Date is not possible if the request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Due to Weather:

• If the tour is canceled due to unfavorable weather and port authority decisions, Oji Bali will provide an alternative date or a full refund.

Sightings & Itinerary Change:

• Sightings of manta rays aren’t guaranteed, as they are wild creatures.

• The tour itinerary may be changed by our crew due to unfavorable sea or weather conditions.

• No refund will be provided if there are no manta ray sightings or if the itinerary is changed due to these conditions.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed for the net amount received after deducting any applicable platform fees or commission charges.

Please Note:

• The cut-off time for cancellations is based on the tour’s local time.
