We understand every guest review and opinion is subjective so please reach out to us if there are any problems (even the tiniest ones). We listen to all of our guests and value each and every one of your comments or suggestions.

In order to claim your refund please send us an email to info@ojibali.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and phone number
  • The tour you took with us
  • The date of your tour guide
  • The name of your tour guide
  • Please describe your tour experience with us and why you would like a refund
Terms & Conditions
  • Must book and pay directly on our website. Offer doesnt apply if you book your tour on a third party website.
  • You need to be able to prove your identity to show that you are the one that paid for the tour and took the tour
  • Unfortunately we can not control the weather so we will not be able to issue refunds due to weather related issues
  • An email must be received within 10 days of the date of your tour with us.
