1. Cancellation by Guest

• Full Refund
  A full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• No Refund
  No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Reschedule / Change of Date
  Requests to reschedule or change the date are not allowed if made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2. Weather and Local Conditions

We cannot control weather or local conditions (such as traffic or ceremonies). Therefore:

• No refunds will be provided for disruptions caused by these factors.
• However, if the port authority officially closes sailing activities due to weather, guests will be offered:
  
  • An alternative date, or
  • A full refund.

3. Sightings & Itinerary Changes

• Sightings of manta rays are not guaranteed, as they are wild animals and their movements are unpredictable.
• However, our team will always do the best to maximize your chances of seeing manta rays, based on the program you have booked and current sea conditions.
• The itinerary may change depending on weather and sea conditions (such as rain or strong waves), for safety and comfort reasons.
• In such cases, an alternative itinerary will be provided.
• No refund will be given if:
  
  • Manta rays are not seen, or
  • The itinerary changes due to weather conditions.

4. Authority Approval

All activities depend on approval from the local authorities.

• If the activity is not allowed to operate due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will be offered:
  
  • An alternative date, or
  • A full refund.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed based on the net amount received, after deducting any platform or commission fees.

6. Important Note

• The cancellation cut-off time follows the local time of the activity.
